PetFusion sells foam dog beds with removable covers that are meant to be washed. A washable cover is a big plus for large dogs because it can get dirty quickly.

Who it is for: people who want a supportive, washable bed.

• Pros: removable cover, supportive feel.
• Cons: price is mid to high, and foam beds can be heavy.

Verdict: a good choice if washing matters.
